Brandon Green

Brandon Green is a home-grown chef who over 6 years has built a reputation for his passion for cooking and for mentoring his team and he will bring that passion to his role as Chef at Tigertail and Mary. While at Johnson and Wales, he began working at Michaels Genuine as a line cook in 2014. After working at Michael’s for a few years, he moved to help us open Fi’lia in Miami and then spent three months in the Bahamas opening a second Fi’lia.  He then worked a variety of roles across the Genuine Hospitality Group including catering, restaurant openings and pizza training.

From there, he became the sous chef at Amara for a year.  Now he is running the show at Tigertail & Mary.
